South Calgary can use the Richmond Green Golf Course, a par 3 course that is designed to be family-friendly and fun for all ages. It’s a beginner’s course, so if there are any experienced golfers, they can use the Shaganappi Point Golf Course or the Lakeview Golf Course, both also public courses that challenge the Calgarian golfers pretty well.
South Calgary has many schools to choose from as this area is a popular destination for many education choices. Bishop Carroll High School and Central Memorial High School are the preferred options for high schools.
Mount Royal University is very close at hand, a popular school for around 10,000 students every year. Both Altadore School and Elbow Park School have great elementary classes, good class sizes, and a teacher-to-student ratio that ensures success.
