Killarney Glengarry Schools 

There are quite a number of good schools in the district for Killarney Glengarry residents. Killarney Elementary offers Kindergarten to Grade 6 education. Holy Name School is a Catholic elementary school with a quality French immersion program for this school system. Sir James Lougheed and A E Cross Junior High School are nearby. Senior high students can attend Bishop Carroll High School or Lord Shaughnessy High School nearby.

Killarney Elementary receives excellent marks from the Fraser Institute, ranking at 53rd in the province. Holy Name shares a similar reputation in the Catholic school ranking at 41st in the province. Bishop Carroll High School is the better high school in the area, also ranking 41st in the province for academic excellence and advanced programs for gifted students.
