The community of Sundance is technically one of the first southeast communities this far out from the downtown core. The community lives on the edge of two major roads, but they don’t cause any disturbance. Commuters enjoy great access to Deerfoot Trail and can be in the downtown core in less than 30 minutes. The commute is never an issue and is one of the reasons that living in Sundance inspires longevity.
The Shawnessy Shopping Plaza is right over the road with several stores, professional building, and restaurants to choose from. It’s a convenient way to get what you need without having to go very far at all.
