Sage Hill is a northern community, situated along Calgary’s northern edge with a view to become one of the top neighbourhoods in this area. The community is defined by the borders of 144th Ave NW, Shaganappi Trail, Symons Valley Parkway, and the community of Evanston along the eastern line. The people of Sage Hill are still growing in number. Three years ago, the population was just 1750, and now it’s over 3900 residents. The Sage Hill population has a lot to use for their daily needs. Shopping is most convenient, one of the features of living here. The developers of this neighbourhood ensured that people wouldn’t feel secluded so they designed many areas for grocery stores and professional services in the community like Walmart Supercentre, Sage Hill City Market and Dollarama.
Sage Hill Plaza NW is so well designed that neighbouring communities all trek towards here to find their basic needs met. Further shopping can be done at CrossIron Mills, one of the key shopping centres of this region. It’s the largest single-level shopping complex in the province with several different stores available for residents to use.
