Macewan Glen Schools 

The MacEwan Glen community is surrounded with great amenities. It’s located next to great shopping in Edgemont, a big complex with all the basic necessities plus some more options. MacEwan also has the Country Hills Village shopping area, a popular spot for the communities around it.

The biggest feature of the neighbourhood is the park. Nose Hill Park is a large urban space with 11 square kilometres of open fields, hills, trails and paths to explore. It’s one of the largest urban parks in North America and a favourite destination for residents here. Several smaller parks and playgrounds dot the community, perfect for families and kids. MacEwan residents can use several roads to get to where they need to go. 14th St provides a convenient access point for those who need to get to the downtown core. Country Hills Blvd takes residents directly into the airport, just a short drive from the front door to the terminal. Stoney Trail ring road, which is scheduled to be completed in 2021, will allow access to the rest of Calgary very easily.
