Airdrie is known as one of Calgary’s most popular outlying communities, offering all the major amenities within its limits. No need to wonder if there are good schools in Airdrie. There are enough schools to appeal to everyone. Nose Creek Elementary has hundreds of elementary students from Kindergarten throughout to Grade 4. AE Bowers Elementary School is another public elementary school with much to offer its students. Our Lady Queen of Peace Elementary School offers excellent faith-based education to elementary students in Airdrie. Other schools here include St Martin de Porres High School, WH Croxford High School, and CW Perry School.
According to the Fraser Institute, St Martin de Porres High School is often found in the top 50 high schools of the province, beating out many competitors even in Calgary. WH Croxford is a fairly new school and is currently ranked 187th in the provincial statistics.
