1) What is one guilty pleasure snack that you would choose over anything else?
Ice Cream, hands down
2) What is the top book that has impacted you the most?
Leaders Eat Last, a framework I follow in any team I work with. I believe support and compassion is one of the strongest routes to fulfillment.
3) If you could see anyone in concert, who would it be?
Meatloaf, iconic rocker and performer.
4) What is a unique fact about you that most people wouldn't know?
I'm a huge nerd, and I play DnD to wind down.
5) Where do you live and do you recommend it?
My spouse and I live downtown in the Beltline area with our cat Bean. It's a great area to live in as everything you could need is within walking distance, and a change in scenery whether it's a park or the zoo is a short bike ride away.

Before jumping into Real Estate, Max was a chef for 13 years. Holding a management role in the kitchen is no easy task. His job was more than just preparing food; he needed to prepare young cooks and restaurateurs to hit their mark in the industry.
There are a few motivating factors that led Max to switch to Real Estate. His mother has been a real estate agent in New Zealand for years. Before the pandemic started, he had the chance to visit her in New Zealand. Travelling outside the continent for the very first time opened his eyes to see what a career in real estate would be worth for him. He loved helping young cooks grow into healthy, happy people, but he wonders how that impacted his life. Max realized that he could better impact his life and impact other people's lives by switching his career to real estate.
Now that Max has been doing real estate with the Chamberlain Real Estate Group, the biggest thing that has been keeping him in the business is the opportunity to help people and impact their lives.
He finds that the most rewarding thing is changing someone's life, and you can really change someone's life through helping them in real estate. He can show different steps to clients to help them understand something that can be so daunting and scary. As he navigates and leads them in moving up the property ladder, he assures his clients that it doesn't have to be so intimidating.
His goal is to make clients understand what they are really buying and putting themselves into. He loves giving holistic information like zoning, future developments and costs that could be associated with it. He paints a picture for his client to see the potential of the properties they are eyeing and make them imagine how valuable it can be for them in the future.
