Rutland Park is a small community in the southwest of Calgary. It’s tucked away from more noticeable communities, places that get a lot more attention than Rutland Park ever would. Rutland Park is a popular choice for Mount Royal University residents because it sits alongside the campus. This school has 10,000 enrolled students every year, many of whom seek out rental opportunities within Rutland Park. Shopping is easy from this neighbourhood with several small options close by. The major locations are Westhills Shopping Centre, a sprawling complex with several dozen stores in one area, and Marda Loop, the trendy shopping district that welcomes unique local businesses.

There are several schools around her for discerning students and parents. They include A E Cross School and All Boys School, a K-6 school that recently changed to become a boy’s only academy in the public system.
