It borders affluent neighbourhoods like Bel-Aire, Mayfair, and Britannia, so it is afforded the same luxury amenities as many of them. The community is bounded by Macleod Trail, the Calgary Golf and Country Club. 58th Ave, and 50th Ave. This nicely sections off a portion of the southwest that contains many varieties of homes.

The majority percentage of housing options is the apartment complexes, many of them low-rise units that feel more neighbourly and spacious than densely packed.
The single-family home is actually the least popular option as many choose to find affordable duplexes and attached townhomes to live. 26% of the community are immigrants, people who have migrated from places like the Philippines, Russia, Europe, or China. The main household is small, a couple living with 1 or two children at home. Other than that, there are a lot of people living on their own, usually professionals who work close to the downtown core.
The Windsor Park Community Association does offer few events, although it is not as active as other communities. That being said, ti offers programs and events like yoga classes, facility hall rentals, and community clean-up days to maintain the integrity of the neighbourhood.
