The neighbourhood is actually home to just under 5000 residents. They tend to live in close proximity to each other with a number of options for housing here. The number one choice is actually the apartment, representing over half of the housing choices. Next, we find the single-family home, with townhomes and duplexes following up in small numbers. As for the population of people, we find one-quarter of the community is first-generation Canadian with several nationalities numbered here.
