Amenities near Inglewood Real Estate

The main and driving force of living in Inglewood is primarily the location. It’s a prime spot in Calgary and the reason why it was developed as the first neighbourhood of the newly-formed city of Calgary. Its location along the Bow River offers inhabitants a chance to walk and bike the paths along the river, enjoying spectacular views of the water and the city while they do. 

Pearce Estate Park along the curve of the Bow River is a public space, a reconstructed wetland area with a fish hatchery included on the grounds. The park includes ponds and a stream, cross-country skiing, a playground and several paths to enjoy. A quick drive along 9th Ave SW puts residents in the city core in 5 minutes. They also have unspoiled access to Deerfoot Trail to get to the airport in 20 minutes. Inglewood Bird Sanctuary & Nature Centre is also nearby.
