Many residents of the northwest pass through this neighbourhood, making it a popular place to live for those who must commute to work. Huntington Hills sits alongside Deerfoot Trail. It is bordered on the other sides by 14th St NW, 64th Ave NW, and Beddington Blvd to the north. Major roads pass beside and through this community, although it still feels very quiet and secluded.

The community here is fairly large. Over 13,000 people choose to live here, taking advantage of everything that Huntington Hills has to offer. By a slim majority, single-family homes are the most popular option for housing, although townhouses and condos are the next most popular choice. These are the options for many first-time home buyers who have the budget for something small in an ideal location.
