The Fairview Community Association, which is organized and run by locals, has been operating in the community for decades. They have family fun nights, Stampede breakfasts, and community clean-up days to care for their environment. Many of the residents belong to a membership that grants access to the events and gets them a monthly newsletter to learn more about matters that apply directly.
