Homes For Sale in Braeside
This neighbourhood is located in the southwest of Calgary, a small community sandwiched between larger neighbourhoods. It’s borders are Anderson Rd, 14th St SW, 24th St SW, and Southland Dr. This square forms the outer edges. Although it is located along the busy intersection of 14th and Anderson, this community is shielded from the noise by large fences and entry points only along with two of its edges. What is formed is a little pocket of housing that has enjoyed a steady and consistent valued place in Calgary real estate.

This diversity in Braeside welcomes all, with no one single nationality represented in favour of another. Around two-thirds of the neighbourhood hold a higher education certificate or degree. Again, nearly two-thirds of the neighbourhood residents have lived in their homes for over 5 years, a representation that is well over the Calgarian standard. We know that Braeside is a desirable place to live because it offers a variety of housing options, the predominant being the single family home. Bungalows and double storey houses can be found on tree-lined streets next to townhouses and apartment complexes. Everyone from the growing family to those just starting out can find a place here.
The Braeside Community Association has a fairly active group that offers the residents here a place, a purpose, and a voice. The association offers a number of events throughout the year, something that is always designed to bring neighbours together and strengthen bonds in everyone living here.
