The community of Acadia has a lot to tell through the demographics of the people living here. 11,000 residents are currently calling this their home, spread into nearly 5000 individual dwellings in the community. These inhabitants mainly live in single family detached houses with a good number of apartments spread throughout the community. The residents can participate in the Acadia Community Association, a volunteer-driven organization that is very active here. The community can participate in many activities, programs, and events in the year because this ACA has the belief that it will unite the people through what they offer. Besides the typical family fun days and community garage sales, the association does have Stampede Breakfasts, recreational sporting teams, and great preschool and early mother care.
