This is a 1/4 section of ranch land set in the heart of the Bearspaw Area with agricultural zoning. It is 158.9 acres of farming land. This land rises higher than the land to the west. The land to the north, east and west have all been subdivided into country residential properties. Access to this land is from provincial Hwy 766 (Lochend Road).
