The number one choice is actually the apartment, representing over half of the housing choices. Next, we find the single-family home, with townhomes and duplexes following up in small numbers. As for the population of people, we find one-quarter of the community is first-generation Canadian with several nationalities numbered here. The community tends to make a slightly lower amount per year in their jobs, and many find good employment around their neighbourhood. The neighbourhood is blessed to be surrounded by schooling options. In Kingsland itself, there is Saint Augustine Elementary School, a Catholic elementary school with good rankings for classes from Kindergarten to Grade 9. Nearby, we also have Chinook Park School and Henry Wise Wood High School. Bishop Grandin High School is next door in Haysboro and offers an alternative to public schooling in a faith-based environment.
