The community is bordered by Glenmore Trail, Macleod Trail, Elbow Dr, and Heritage Dr. Yes, there are a number of shops and stores in this community, and behind them are a becvy of housing options that is the home to thousands of Calgarians.

The neighbourhood is actually home to just under 5000 residents. They tend to live in close proximity to each other with a number of options for housing here. The number one choice is actually the apartment, representing over half of the housing choices. Next, we find the single-family home, with townhomes and duplexes following up in small numbers. As for the population of people, we find one-quarter of the community is first-generation Canadian with several nationalities numbered here. The community tends to make a slightly lower amount per year in their jobs, and many find good employment around their neighbourhood. The primary form of commuting is private vehicle, but the public transit options opens up the neighbourhood to any family. Speaking of family, there are a large number of middle-aged families, neither skewing young nor old in demographics. The community is very friendly to families. There a good amount of opportunities to live here, with just 40% of the neighbourhood living here for 5 years or more, opening homes all the times for purchase.

The Kingsland Community Association is one of those Calgary associations that benefits more than just the residents here. With a community hall and recreational facilities to rent, there are a number of neighbouring homes that use the services here. But the association targets their efforts towards residents, crafting events and launching programs aimed at bringing people together and cementing them in the community for the long term.
