Highland Park Houses For Sale

It wasn’t long after Calgary’s formation that Highland Park was annexed to be part of the city. It was recognized to have desirable land with good access to much of what Calgarians want. The community is bordered by four roads, namely McKnight Blvd, 32nd Ave NE, 4th St NW, and Edmonton Trail.  The community sits between the residential areas to the West and the industrial and commercial zones to the east. This north-western community forms the line between housing and industrial businesses in Calgary’s northeast sector.

The population of Highland Park is 4000 residents. Almost half of the residents live in detached single-family homes. The homes are an older style and have good lots with big yards.
