This neighbourhood is located in the southwest of Calgary, a small community sandwiched between larger neighbourhoods. It’s borders are Anderson Rd, 14th St SW, 24th St SW, and Southland Dr. This square forms the outer edges. Although it located along the busy intersection of 14th and Anderson, this community is shielded from the noise by large fences and entry points only along two of its edges. What is formed is a little pocket of housing that has enjoyed a steady and consistent valued place in Calgary real estate.
