Below is a comparison of properties priced at $699,000 to $750,000 that you can get in Vancouver, Toronto, and Calgary based on realtor.ca

Homes in Toronto below $750,000

When you search for homes between $699,000 and $750,000, you will find several one-bedroom, one-bath type properties.

In Toronto, one condo is priced at $729,900 with one bedroom and one bath. It measures 741 square feet with a 120 square foot balcony. New appliances, barn doors, and closet organizers are all part of the deal. The property tax for this unit is $2,200.

Another $729,000 condo unit at a 10-story building is for sale on Keele Street in Toronto. This one has underground parking, and it comes with some amenities. The unit has a nice bathroom, several storage spaces and a small patio.

For a slightly lower price of $710,000, you can find a one-bedroom, one-bath condo with 672 square feet and a 128 square feet balcony. This property is in a newly constructed building with a 24-hour concierge. It has an interesting layout, with the kitchen situated upon entering the unit. Adjacent to the kitchen is the living area with big windows that brightens up the entire room.

For $749,000, there is a two-bedroom, one-bath condo unit, but it was built in 1965. The property measures 820 square feet with renovated kitchen and good-sized bedrooms. The condo fee for this one is $486 per month and $1,800 for property taxes.

Homes in Calgary below $750,000

If you search for homes priced at $699,000 to $750,000 in Calgary right now, you will find 287 properties. Unlike Toronto and Vancouver, the type of homes in this price range that you can find in Calgary are houses measuring 1,800 to 2,500 square feet.
